This is what you whip up when you wake up with the urge for something a little sweet, a little smooth and a little crunchy. Yum.
- ½ cup sliced strawberries
- ½ medium sliced banana
- 6 ounces vanilla yogurt, low fat
- 2 tbsp granola, low fat
- In a goblet, layer twice: strawberries, yogurt, granola, and banana, finishing with a light sprinkling of granola on top.
- Chill or eat immediately.
