This is what you whip up when you wake up with the urge for something a little sweet, a little smooth and a little crunchy. Yum.
Ingredients
  • ½ cup sliced strawberries
  • ½ medium sliced banana
  • 6 ounces vanilla yogurt, low fat
  • 2 tbsp granola, low fat

Instructions
  1. In a goblet, layer twice: strawberries, yogurt, granola, and banana, finishing with a light sprinkling of granola on top.
  2. Chill or eat immediately.
