Ingredients
- 1 scoop whey protein
- 4 oz Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
- ¼ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- ¼ cup mango (fresh or frozen)
- ⅛ cup orange Juice
- ¼ cup fat-free milk
Instructions
- Grind the fruit with a handful of ice in a blender.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend.
