Portable and delicious. Drink immediately after blending.
Ingredients
  • 1 scoop whey protein
  • 4 oz Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
  • ¼ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ¼ cup mango (fresh or frozen)
  • ⅛ cup orange Juice
  • ¼ cup fat-free milk

Instructions
  1. Grind the fruit with a handful of ice in a blender.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend.
